About the opportunity This role is a highly visible and interactive role that requires a high level of leadership, communication and influencing skills. The Senior Manager Property, Environment and Planning (SMPEP) assists in the management of the PON’s Property, Environment and Planning function (PEP). Leading a team of 5 you will ensure day-to-day PEP activities are on track, whilst providing significant input at a strategic level, including managing PON’s existing property portfolio, assisting in the negotiation and documentation of property business development opportunities, developing PON’s planning and environment strategies, processes and systems and implementing PON’s property and environmental compliance programs. You will also lead strategic programs on behalf of the General Counsel, including growing PON’s revenue from its existing property activities and optimising PON’s new property arrangements. There will certainly be a focus on managing relationships with external stakeholders. About you We will be looking for someone who has extensive experience in property and planning with experience leading a team.
