The Opportunity
Ready to launch your career and make a real impact?
The Port Futures Graduate Pathway is your chance to kick-start your professional career with Port of Newcastle!
As a Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects that help keep Australia's trade moving while supporting the future growth and sustainability of the Hunter region.
This is not a program where you'll spend your days making coffee or sitting on the sidelines. From day one, you'll be contributing to real projects, working alongside industry experts, and building the skills, experience and confidence needed to accelerate your career.
Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical capabilities, expand your professional network, receive mentoring from leaders across the business, and gain exposure to the diverse operations that keep a major Australian port running.
Whether your background is in business, engineering, technology, finance, environment, human resources, law, project management or another related discipline, you'll be supported to grow, challenge yourself and create a meaningful career pathway.
