You’ll have the opportunity to step in and cover leave periods as needed, providing variety and adaptability to your role. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of our Administration team, supporting daily operations and ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. In this role, you'll work closely with the Junior Receptionist and provide administrative assistance to both the Administration team and the broader business.  Your day to day responsibilities will include; greeting visitors, managing communications, and supporting the needs of staff and other stakeholders.  If you thrive in a busy people focused environment and enjoy making a positive impact, this role will be highly fulfilling for you. What you will bring: We encourage you to apply if you have approximately two years of experience in reception, administration, or a similar role.  Your strong literacy and communication skills, coupled with a high level of customer service, will be essential for your success.
