The Opportunity:PON is seeking a 2-year fixed term TOS Architect, to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PON’s operations. You will lead the discovery, design and delivery of the Terminal Operating System (TOS) and the associated operational model, procedures and physical port layout. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence how cargo movements, yard operations and equipment allocation are optimised, driving efficiency, cost reduction and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across PON and with external industry experts to translate complex operational requirements into practical digital solutions. Your expertise will support PON’s strategic diversification, enabling the transition from a landlord port to an owner operator model, while championing automation, real time data use and innovation across port operations. What you will bring:You will bring experience in maritime and port operations, with a solid understanding of land wise optimisation, regulatory requirements and operational design. You have strong engagement and stakeholder management skills and are able to translate complex operational needs into clear, practical TOS and process requirements. You understand Terminal operating Systems and how to align them to PON’s operational goals.
