This is a part time, 12-month fixed term role, with a minimum of 22.8 hours per week (3 days per week equivalent), and flexibility to decide which days you will work.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, enjoys process improvement and is motivated to support a tight-knit team to ensure compliance across the full P&C remit. In this role your primary focus will be generalist P&C support, compliance and governance work and administrative tasks.  You will support the coordination of core P&C activities, including employment lifecycle documentation, policy management, record keeping, and reporting. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen compliance. In addition, you will have opportunities to gain exposure to a variety of P&C initiatives that support the wider business.  What you will bring:Previous experience in a People & Culture or administrative role, ideally with exposure to compliance, governance, or employment legislation. Experience working with a HR information systems and business technologies, with a proven ability to manage high volume, detailed tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, records, and processes accurately.
